Our Silver IT Support package offers mid-level support with real time monitoring and alerting of all core Servers and systems, which can be tailored to include as many servers, or systems required.

This is essentially the bronze Package with addition of support credits for 3rd line escalation of technical faults or consultancy days.

The service includes Helpdesk facility to log and process all calls, a 15 minute response time for all priority 1 issues, 30 minutes- 1 hour response for lower priority issues. The aim is to have all non-priority 1 calls resolved with a 4-hour fix.
